Teaching objectives

Teaching objectives are based on a deep and updated knowledge of the available scientific literature on human mind and languages, and the ability to use and develop research methods.

Skills: design and carry out a research project; develop the ability to assess and outline research findings in order to improve problem-solving techniques; define and broaden the boundaries of professional practices related to the study of human mind within a specific theoretical (psychology, education, linguistics, gender) framework. 

Competence: improve the ability to develop innovative projects and analyze research objects; enhance the dialogue with the academic community and social partners; improve technological, social, and cultural expertise.

PhD students’ learning path includes intramoenia and extramoenia stages in research centres /structures; a period from 3 to 6 months is to be spent abroad in a partner research centre /university.
