International seminar: Interpretive and biographical research into narrative career counselling.

The seminar will explore the qualitative nature of interpretive and biographical research and consider the joys, but also the challenges of such work. It will discuss the issue of validity, asking what alternative criteria we can use to judge the quality of biographical research. To illustrate the discussion the seminar will include excerpts from a single case study from a current research project that is exploring narrative career counselling with five participants.
